Focus Consulting & Corporate Services has evolved from its predecessor firm, Focus Consulting, a well known consulting firm with a primary focus on regulatory and business consulting which has been operating in the Cayman Islands since 2003.

Focus was founded in 2003 by a former Head of Policy at the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority who was instrumental in drafting the anti-money laundering guidelines for the Cayman Islands financial industry as well as in the development of regulatory policy for the Cayman Islands financial services industry for the banking and trusts, hedge funds, insurance and corporate services sectors.
